  • 1 lb. chipped ham
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 8 Tbsp. ketchup
  • Paprika to color

Step 1

Heat chipped ham thoroughly in the skillet with Tbsp. of shortening.

Mix the above sauce ingredients and heat. Pour sauce over chipped ham.
