Beef Stew w/ Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2-4 medium potatoes, cut
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 slices thick cut bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • sliced carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef then add rest of ingredients and cook for 30 min. Take food out and leave juice. In juice add 2 tbsp corn starch, 2 tbsp water and stir over low heat until thick and spoon over stew.
