Sonia's Brownies in a jar Recipe

Ingredients

• Mix dry ingredients together;
• 3\4 cup cocoa
• 1 2\3cups sugar
• 1 1\3 cups flour
• 1\2 tsp baking powder
• 1\4 tsp salt
• 3\4 cup chopped nuts and semi-sweet chocolate morsels or chippits work fine too
• will also need
• 3\4 cup melted butter or margarine
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tbsp water
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Pour brownie mix into large mixer bowl; stir. Add 3\4 cup (1 1\2 sticks) melted butter or margarine, 2 large eggs, 2 tbsp water and 2 tsp vanilla;stir well. Spread into greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 18 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out slightly sticky. Cool in pan on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
