  • 12 Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 pack Cream Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and clean shrimp. Butterfly shrimp. Cut cream cheese in small cubes. Cut bacon slice in half.
Assemble shrimp with cheese and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.

Mix lemon juice and hot sauce.

Dip bacon wrapped shrimp in hot sauce and place on slotted broiler pan.

Broil 12 to 14 minutes or until bacon is crisp and shrimp is cooked.
