PINEAPPLE SAUCE (for pancakes)

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
  • 300-g (10-ounce) tin crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add sugar or honey and crushed pineapple. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Spoon over hot pancakes or waffles.
