Ingredients
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 1 6 oz graham cracker crust
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 3 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini milk-chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, with mixer beater, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Toss chocolate chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into crust.
Bake 35 minutes or unitl center springs back when lightly touched. Cool and top with glaze.
GLAZE:
In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Immediatley spread over cheesecake.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve.
