Blood Orange Upside Down Cake

Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
Grated peel of 1 orange

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add Bisquick and orange peel. Shape into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with floured fork. Bake about 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Ice if desired.
