- 1 bay leaf
- 1 jar chili sauce
- salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
PUT BRISKET IN PAN SALT AND PEPPER,SLICE ONIONS CHOP CELERY CUT UP CARROTS AND PUT SOME OF THE CUT UP VEGETABLES ON BOTTOM OF PAN AND SOME ON TOP OF BRISKET. POUR BOTTLE OF CHILI SAUCE[ SOME ON THE TOP AND SOME UNDER NEATH THE BRISKET ] ALSO ADD BAY LEAF UNDER BRISKET. COVER WITH REYNOLDS WRAP. COOK 325 FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS UNTIL TENDER. AFTER BRISKET IS FINISHED PUT ALL THE VEGETABLES IN A FOLLY MILL AND GRIND IT INTO THE GRAVY ADD A LITTLE BIT IF WATER TO THE CHILI SAUCE.
