  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 5 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling

Step 1

Heat oven to 325
Line a 13x9 pan with foil folding it over the sides.
Mix graham crackers, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time until blended. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool Completely. refrigerate 4 hours. Top with filling. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from the pan before cutting to serve.
