Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate melted
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
*Combine* all dry ingredients (except for nuts) into a bowl
*Mix*
cream butter, add sugar, add egg - beat until light
blend in chocolate and vanilla
slowly add dry ingredients
add nuts
*Shape* into a log and put into Reynolds wrap and put in fridge overnight.
*Cut* into 1/8 slices and put on a greased cookie sheet
*Cook* at 350 for @ 10 minutes
