Rainbow Squares

Ingredients

  • Bottom: 2 cups flour, 1 cup butter
  • Mix well bake 5 mins.
  • Filling: 1 ½ cup crushed pineapples
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 tbsp. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cook on stove until real thick and spread on bottom. Bake 15 mins .
Top with Meringue: 2 egg whites ,1/2 cup sugar , beat stiff and brown in the oven.
