Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup crisco
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the flour and salt. Cut in the Crisco w/a pastry blender or fork until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir together the beaten egg w/the water & sprinkle over the flour mixture. Sprinkle in the vinegar, mixing lightly until all ingredients are well combined. Form the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least one hour.
