Ingredients
- 1 c port
- 1 T sugar>>bring to boil, simmer 10 min or till
- reduced to 1/2 c. Put in large bowl. Cool.
- dash salt
- dash cardomom >>stir in.
- 6 c cantaoupe balls
- 2 t chopped fresh mint>>add, toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
