Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups eggs
- Shot of rum

Step 1
Cream butter. Add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Beat eggs with whisk and stir in sugar. Combine egg and flour mixtures. Add rum. Beat 15 mins on medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured angel food pan. Bake at 300 for 1 1/4 hrs.
