Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. sour cream
- 4 T. honey
- 1 quart strawberries
- 1/4 C. sugar

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and honey together and refrigerate for 24 hours, either in individual custard cups or in a glass serving bowl. When ready to serve, set aside six whole strawberries; mash the remaining berries just slightly with the sugar, then pour over the sour cream mixture. Garnish each serving with a whole berry.
