Ingredients
- 150ml shortening
- 250ml fine sugar
- 5ml vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 50ml skim milk powder
- 200ml water
- 400ml all purpose flour
- 15ml baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Cream shortening and sugar.
2.) Add eggs and vanilla.
3.) Mix milk (mix milk and water together), and add alternately with flour to the creamed shortening and sugar mixture.
Grease muffin tins and bake at 350F.
