Ingredients
- 1/2 C dijon mustard
- 1/2 C honey
- 3 T finely chopped chives
- 1 T hot sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 C slivered almonds
- 1 C panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 C sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mustard, honey, chives, and hot sauce. Separate out half of the sauce and reserve. Beat the eggs into the remaining sauce. Coat the chicken tenders with the egg sauce and season with salt and pepper. Grind the nuts, combine w/bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Coat the tenders in the nut breadcrumb mix and fry. Drizzle with remaining honey mustard sauce.
