GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • Direction:
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (11 oz) can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. pimentos, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz) package noodles, cooked and drained
  • cracker crumbs and butter for topping
  • Brown meat and onion together in skillet; drain; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add corn, pimentos, soup and sour cream. Rinse soup can with small amount of water and add to mixture.
  • Add noodles and pour into greased casserole dish.
  • Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
