Black Bean Salsa
This is the recipe I orginally got from Chris's grandmother, Mel.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked black beans
- 2 cups cooked corn kernels
- 1 red, yellow or orange bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 limes
- 2 large garlic cloves or 1 tsp. powdered garlic
- 1/2 bunch green onions/scallions
- 1 tsp cilantro (dry) or fresh to taste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (or also to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
