Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Ingredients:
• 3 c mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t nutmeg
• 1/2 c milk
• 1 t vanilla
• Topping:
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 c flour
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions:


Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Topping:
Mix together and sprinkle on sweet potatoes.
