Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups blanched almonds
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 14 tbs. melted butter
  • 2 tbs. amaretto liquor
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Crush almonds and mix with the flour and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the butter and liquor and knead to form a smooth dough. Shape the mix into balls the size of walnuts. Place on a baking sheet and flatten with fingers.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

When cooled join together with melted chocolate
