  • 3 whole skinned chicken breasts, boned
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c. butter



Step 1

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips. In large bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic - mix well. Add chicken, coat well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours up to 24 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter cookie sheet. Combine crumbs and sesame seeds; roll chicken to coat completely in crumb mixture. Place in single layer on cookie sheet. Pour melted butter over. Bake 40-45 minutes until browned. Makes a great appetizer for a party also!
