Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 1 ½ - 2 lbs spinach
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- small sliced red onion
- 1 cup sesame oil
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix last four ingredients together then toss together with the first five.
