Ingredients
- baking cocoa 2 tablespoons
- powdered sugar 1 cups
- rum 1/4 - 1/2 cups
- corn syrup 2 tablespoons light
- vanilla wafers 2 1/2 cups crushed
- pecans 1 cups broken
- powdered sugar 1/2 cups
Preparation
Step 1
Shift together cocoa and 1 cup powered sugar
Combine and stir in rum and corn syrup
Add and mix thoroughly vanilla wafers and pecans
USE SMALL ICECREAM SCOOP
Roll mixture into small balls
Dredge balls in remaining powered sugar
(1 box vanilla wafers crushed = 2 1/2 cups)
(1 8 oz. bag pecans chips = 2 cups)
Makes ~ 48 balls
