  • 1/2 C. plain low-fat ypogurt
  • 1/4 C. nonfat sour cream alternative
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. cider vinegar
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 1/2 t. celery seeds
  • 1/2 t. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill. Serve over shredded cabbage. serving size; 1 tablespoon
