Ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) package of herb/garlic soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- French bread, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In medium mixing bowl, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese and 3/4 cup of mozzarella. Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with hot bread.
