This is the recipe that I use for Christmas and Easter every year.

Ingredients

  • For Gravy:
  • 8-12 lb Hillshire Farm Bone-In Brown Sugar Cured Ham (Spiral Sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp salt (for every 5 lbs of ham)
  • 6 cups water (for every 5 lbs of ham)
  • Ham Drippings (from pan)
  • 2 Tbsp Nature's Seasons
  • 2 Tbsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place the frozen ham in a large roasting pan. Add water to the pan, making sure to pour some of the water over the ham. Add the salt to the ham and the water and place the lid onto the roasting pan. Bake the ham at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 1 1/2 hours or until the internal temperature of the ham is 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
