Chocolate Covered Peanutbutter Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1-1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tbsp shaved parrafin wax

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix butter, sugar and peanutbutter together.
2. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet lined
with wax paper.
3. Let stand in fridge until firm.
4. Melt chocolate squares and parrafin wax in double
boiler.
5. Roll balls in chocolate.
6. Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper and
freeze.
7. Once frozen, transfer to storage container.
8. Remove 1 hr before serving.
