New York Style Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 3 tsb. sugar

  • 3 tbs. butter, melted

  • 5 pkg. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 tbs. flour

  • 1 tbsp. vanilla

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 4 eggs

  • ⅓ cup seedless strawberry jam


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 13x 9 inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over pan. Mix crumbs, 3 tbs. sugar and butter, press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan and bake 10 mintes. Beat cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, just until blended. Pour over crust and gently drop spoonfuls of jam over batter, cut through batter with a knife for a marble effect. Bake 40 minutes; cool completely. Lift cheesecake using foil handles and cut into 16 pieces.
