Ingredients
- 4 lbs boneless chicken
- 1 1/2 c browm sugar
- 1 1/2 c salsa
- 1 can Dr. Pepper or other cola, root beer
- Put everything in crock pot on lowfor 8 hrs. remve meat and shred. skim off any fat from the juices. Return meat to crock pot and let the juices be absorbed.

To asemble as salads or tacos:
lettuce
chicken
onion
corn
diced tomatoes
fresh chopped cilantro
cheese
guacamole (or chopped avocado)
sour cream
salsa
cilantro lime dressing
serve over tortilla chips or flour tortilla.
Pork can be substituted for chicken
