Ingredients

  • 4 pounds ground beef

  • 3 medium onions, chopped

  • 3 12-ounce cans whole kernel corn

  • 3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 3 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 3 cups dairy sour cream

  • ¾ cup chopped pimiento

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1½ teaspoons monosodium glutamate

  • ¾ teaspoon pepper

  • 9 cups medium noodles, cooked, drained

Directions

Brown meat. Add onion; cook till tender but riot brown. Add drained com and next 7 ingredients. Mix well. Add noodles. Pour into two 13x9x2 5/8-inch cake pans. For Crumb Topping, combine 3 cups soft bread crumbs, 1/2 cup butter, melted, and 3/4 teaspoon paprika. Sprinkle across casserole in diagonal rows. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or till hot. Top with 3/4 cup chopped parsley.
