Ingredients
- 1 qt heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz bittersweet choc melted
Preparation
Step 1
Whip cream to soft peaks and add about 1/3 of melted chocolate. Fold gently witha rubber spatula. mix remaining chocolate into the mousse.
Pipe into serving cups.
