Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 teas. basil
- 1 red pepper
- boneless chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken betweeen two sheets of waxed paper and pound as thin as possible. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine oil, worcestershire sauce, mustard and basil and heat on medium in a skillet. Cook for 5-7 on each side. Add diced pepper and saute briefly.
