Asian Pork Tenderloin

  • 1/4 cup Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 7 oz. pork tenderloin

Step 1

In shallow nonmetallic dish mix broth, soy, lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, ginger and pepper. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade. Place pork in baking pan and bake at 350°F. for 25 min or until fork tender.
