Bescherer's French Toast Bake

Ingredients

• 1 loaf cinnamon bread
• 12 eggs
• 8 oz chream cheese
• 1 1/4 cup cream
• 3/4 cup maple syrup
• dash vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

cube 1/2 loaf and put in a 9 x 13 greased casserole dish
cube cream cheese and sprinkle over top. Layer the other 1/2 cube loaf. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the top. Press down to saturate. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for a 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with syrup.
