2 cups flour 4 tbsp butter
2 tsp bkg pwdr 2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp sugar ½ cup cream
½ tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Cut in butter. Add eggs and cream and stir until well blended. Turn out onto floured board and knead for 1 min. Pat out dough into a circle 3/4 inch thick and cut into wedges. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake @ 425 for 15 mins.
