Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • pinch of stevia
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. stoneground mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/8 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. dried oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.

Store extra dressing in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
