SOUR CREAM CAKE
My Dad got this recipe from Telle's wife (at Brockton Legion Park Pizza where he worked).
- 1 stick of oleo (comes out better with margarine)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/4 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Swansdown flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup of sour cream
Cream oleo, butter, sugar and eggs. Alternately add the dry ingredients with the sour cream. Then add the vanilla extract.
Grease a Bundt pan, pour in half the batter, put cinnamon mixture then add remaining batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

(Remember to put cinnamon mixture on top and in middle not bottom.)
