• 2 c HOH>>combine, bring to boil, simmer until 1 c
• remains, cool
• 2 T oil
• 1 c brown sugar>>cream, add raisins & liquid.
• Beat w/ a spoon.
• 1 c flour
• 1 c WW flour
• 1 1/2 t soda
• 1 t cinn
• 1 t nutmeg >> add, beat well.
