Ingredients
- 3/4 cups corn flake crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs ( seperated)
- 1 -15 oz can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon peel
- 3 tbsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine crumbs, sugar and butter in an 8x8 pan. Press firmly
2.Beat egg yolks until lemon color and combine with the milk and stir until thickened.
3.Beat egg whites until stiff gradually add sugar. Fold into lemon mixture.
4. Pour into pan and freeze until firm.
