Ingredients
- Add later:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan's)
- 1 pkg. jello-vanilla instant pudding
- 1 pkg. German chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk or
- (1/2 cup sour cream, 3/4 cups water)
- 1/4 cup oil
- Coconut Icing
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup coconut
- and 1 cup pecans

Mix all together- 350°
Icing
Cook about 12 minutes and then add the coconut and pecans
