Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan's)

  • 1 pkg. jello-vanilla instant pudding

  • 1 pkg. German chocolate

  • 4 eggs

  • 1¼ cup buttermilk or

  • (½ cup sour cream, ¾ cups water)

  • ¼ cup oil

  • Coconut Icing

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 egg yolks

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Add later:

  • 1⅓ cup coconut

  • and 1 cup pecans

Directions

Cake Mix all together- 350° Icing Cook about 12 minutes and then add the coconut and pecans
