  • 6 Boneless skinless Breasts of chicken
  • 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Accent Seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 stick low fat margarine


Servings 6


Step 1

Mix bread crumbs with seasonings. Set aside. Beat eggs and water set aside. Wash chicken and cut off any excess fat. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet. Dot each chicken with a large pad of low fat margarine . Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
