- 1 can Swanson Italian Herb Chicken broth
- 1 ½ cup water
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 6 oz broken spaghetti
- ½ cup chopped carrots
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 cup frozen obrein hashbrown potatoes
