Ingredients
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in olive oil and drain juices, chop finely.
Saute all vegetables with pepper, oregano, and soy sauce; add chicken. Place the egg roll on a flat surface, fill with chicken mix and seal with water. Fry in heated oil (325 degrees) until golden.
