Ingredients
- 1 (14.5oz) can Hunt's diced tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1 (16 oz) frozen Alaskan halibut fillet, thawed
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour tomatoes in 10-inch skillet.
2 Place halibut on tomatoes. Sprinkle with garlic salt, dried oregano and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
3. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with italian parsley if desired
