Ingredients
- 2 6oz jars marinated art hearts, drained, chopped.
- Keep 2T marinade, discard rest.
- 8oz chopped onion
- 1T minced garlic>>stir with reserved marinade 5 min,
- in a 10-12" nonstick ovenproof frying pan.
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 c fine dried bread crumbs
- 1/2t hot sauce
- 1/4t pepper
- 1/4t dried oregano
- 2 c shredded cheddar>>>>whisk together.
- Stir in artichokes.
- Pour into pan w/ onions & garlic.
- 1/4 c shredded parmesan>>Sprinkle over.

Step 1
Bake at 350 til center is set & top is lightly browned,
about 30 min
Serve warm or at room temp.
