Ingredients
- 2 oz mustard powder (S&B or Coleman)
- 18 oz cold water
- 32 oz soy sauce
- 3 1/2 oz toasted sesame seeds and grind
- 1 clove grated garlic
- 4 1/2 oz whip cream
Preparation
Step 1
Stir mustard into water and soy sauce and let stand for 5 minutes. Grind sesame seeds in a grinder bowl until powdery. Throw in the garlic and sesame seeds into the mustard, soy sauce and water mixture. Put in a blender for until thoroughly mixed. Slowly pour in the whip cream as you turn the blender on the lowest speed.
