  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, sliver cut
  • 1 medium onion, cut into medium size pieces
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 20oz can of sliced pineapple (including juice)
