- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into large strips
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliver cut
- 1 medium onion, cut into medium size pieces
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 20oz can of sliced pineapple (including juice)
