Baked Honey Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats, uncooked
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup craisins or other dried fruit (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, rice krispies, and almonds.
3. In a glass measuring cup, warm honey in microwave for about 30 seconds. Add olive oil to the honey and stir.
4. Drizzle the honey-oil over the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
6. Bake granola until golden brown & crunchy, stirring once, anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes depending on oven and pan.
7. Pour onto a sheet of wax paper or parchment to cool. Stir in the dried fruit, if using. When cool, store in a sealed container. If it clumps, give it a toss.
